Carla Dabau Padrosa is a teacher and learning space designer committed to creating classrooms that are inclusive, calming, and supportive for both students and educators. With extensive experience teaching across the U.S., Spain, the Netherlands, and Switzerland, she has worked within international schools and the IB curriculum, always guided by a deep curiosity for how learning happens and the wellbeing of both students and teachers.
Carla is passionate about inquiry-based learning in all subjects and hands-on math through manipulatives. She draws inspiration from the Reggio Emilia approach, especially its emphasis on environment and materials. Through her work in classrooms as a teacher and designer, Carla helps schools reimagine learning environments as spaces of connection, creativity, and careāeven in resource-limited environments.
